Items shipped international may be delayed due to things outside our control. With COVID-19 effecting how things move, we've seen items take upwards of 60 days to complete the shipment progress with tracking updates seeing 30+ days in-between.
If you are an international customer, and your shipped item has not seen an update via the providing tracking number in over 30 days, please notify us. If after 60 days, no updates still have not been provided by the shipping company, we may either replace your order or provide a refund (at the discretion of Kraken Reef).
We were very hesitant in adding international shipping options and may remove it at any time there is a trend of issues with the shipping partner. This is ultimately to protect both you as the customer and us.
